Germany : 8 days/7 nights

Day 1

Arrival at Dusseldorf International Airport. Meet and greet.
Transfer to the hotel in Cologne.

Day 2

Breakfast buffet in the hotel.
Cologne. A sightseeing tour of Cologne simply has to start with a visit tot the Cathedral. From here, head down to the Museum Ludwig. Cintinue to the Rhine for a fabulous view of Cologne's impressive Old Town. Visit St-George's Church and walk down the Hohe Strasse with all the wonderful stores and emporia. Visit Old St-Alban's church and then continue to the Town Hall, crossing the Old Market to St-Martins Querter.

Day 3

Beakfast buffet in the hotel.
Departure for Berlin. 
Hildesheim, situated only 25 km south of Hannover, has been the cultural center of the area between the rivers Weser and Elbe for more than 1000 years. Its five Romanesque churches, the Cathedral and the St-Michael's are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Famous works of art from the time of Saxon emperors are highlights in the collection of the Cathedral Museum. The Market Place is adorned by Germany's most beautiful halftimbered house, the Butcher's Guild Hall.
We head to Berlin.

Day 4

Breakfast buffet in the hotel.
Berlin. Fukll day citytour in the capital of Germany. Visit the Reichstag with the glass dome, the Brandenburger Tor, center of Berlin, TV tower with the magnificent view over the city.
Very typical is the Nicolai Quarter with the Berliner Dom. The Town Hall, Gendarmen Market, Checkpoint Charly, Museum from the famous Berlin Wall.
Shopping at the Kurfürstendamm or Friedrichstrasse.

Day 5

Breakfast in the hotel.
Berlin - Potsdam. Visit the Museum island with the famous Pargamon Museum and the Egyptian Museum. A walk through the park of Schloss Charlottenburg.
We visit Schloss Sanssouci in Potsdam, builded in 1744 by Frederick the Great. He used the castle for free time. In the same Park of Sanssouci you also see the New Palace builded in the late baroque style.
The Cicilienhof villa was the venue for 1945 Potsdam Conference at the end of Worldwar II.

Day 6

Breakfast in the hotel.
Departure for Munich.
Dresden, the Capital city of Saxony, is fast reassuming its possition as one of European's most beatifull cities. The most remarkeble monuments are the "Fürstenzug", the Semper Opera, the Zwinger, a beatiful baroque structure, the "Hofkirche" and the Tesodential Castle was the former residence of the Wettin family. It was built in the late 15th century. The city of Dresden is also known as Florence at the Elbe river.

Day 7

Breakfast in the hotel.
Munich. We visit the former artist querter Schwabing and go along the impressive Ludwig- and Prinz regentenstreet mined by magnificent buildings e.a. Theatiner Church, House of Arts, Bavarian National Museum and the Angel of Peace, Parliament, Royale Palace and Opera House. In the ancient part of the town we point out the well known Hofbrauhaus, the medieval towngates and the colourful open air Market, Virtualienmarkt.

Day 8

Breakfast in the hotel.
Munich. You are free to explore other places at your own leisure.
Transfer to Munich International Airport
